日頃より、富士北麓蒸留所製品をご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。

2020年7月からスタートした当蒸留所は7期目を迎え、初年度製造のウイスキーは6年間の樽貯蔵を経て味・香り共に良い熟成を経ていると思います。

また、昨年12月には富士北麓蒸留所初のジャパニーズウイスキー「SINGLE RICE GRAIN」を発売することができました。

　今年も「The 6th anniversary」としてウイスキーフェステバルを開催いたします。熟成期間の違い、樽の材質の違い、樽の使用経緯の違いなど

原酒でテイスティングをお楽しみいただけます。また、一昨年樽詰めした「ミズナラ樽」「栗樽」のモルトウイスキーの試飲もございます。

初年度からニューポットでご試飲いただいたお客様はに於かれましては、1年、2年と変化をお楽しみいただけます。

　今年は、テイスティングウイスキーを50㎖瓶に詰めて販売も致します。お好みのウイスキーを見つけてください。　

　

　ご好評いただいております「ブレンディング体験」も実施いたします。世界に1本「あなたのウイスキー」をお持ち帰りください。

Since we began producing whiskey in 2020, we have now entered our 7^th year of production.

Every day, we continue the careful process of milling, fermentation, distillation, and aging.

 

Last December, we released our first Japanese Whiskey, “SINGLE RICE GRAIN”, and we are very grateful for the warm response it has received.

 

From the beginning, we have remained committed to using   rice and sake yeast in our whiskey-making.

We are now beginning to feel confident that we are taking steps toward creating a truly unique whiskey of our own.

 

We are pleased to announce our annual “Whiskey Festival”, taking place this September.

Compared with our larger annual sake festival, “Kurabiraki”, this is a smaller event. However, we hope you will enjoy discovering how our whisky has evolved over the past six years.
